it is not alphanion, but probably Helium, this has the size of 1 orbital electron with configuration S, the difference in size is mass, if nuceli pulls electron inwards it becomes more stable, imagine a stone on the rope, if the stone in Hydrogen has small rotation around nuclei it blasts, if the stone is attracted in Helium by double force, it rotates faster and does not decay - and this is the secret of Alphanion or Helium ^^^
